We offer three days replacement guarantee subject to the presence of an
intact box and packet of any physical product. Moreover, if the product
does not match with the information given on the website, if it is
damaged or broken, if any part of the product is less, the customer can
return it.
The product should be thoroughly checked while receiving it from the
deliveryman. If it matches our return policy, it can be refunded
immediately. Or you have to complain within 24 hours of receiving the
product.
Perishable products, live products, products that match the information
on the website but are not liked, products that do not have a warranty /
guarantee, products that have been opened from the packet / box will not
be returnable.
Refund Policy
If the order is canceled for any reason after payment of the price of the
goods, the price of the goods can be refunded conditionally.
If the company cancels the order due to insufficiency of the product, the
price of the product is fully refundable.
If the order is canceled due to the customer's disability, the transaction
charge or indemnity will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
If the refundable amount is less than Tk 50, it will be refunded through
mobile recharge.
If the amount of refundable money is between 50-500 Taka, it will be
refunded through bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet. And
If it is more than 500 Taka, it will be refunded through bank account.
CANCELLATION:
If no ordered product is in stock, the company may take up to 30 days at
reasonable cause to negotiate with the customer. If the negotiations are
not fruitful then both party can cancel the order.
The authority has the power to cancel the ordered goods for non-
compliance or for any other reason.
If the customer is unable to accept the product due to logical reasons, he
can cancel the order during re-confirmation.
The customer can cancel the order if fails to deliver the product in due
time without logical reason.
